Position Overview: As the Healthcare Financial Controller, you will play a critical role in managing our financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting strategic decision-making. You will lead the accounting team, oversee financial reporting, and provide insights that drive financial performance.Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the financial reporting process, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes to support organizational goals.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accounting standards.
• Collaborate with department heads to analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights.
• Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Monitor and analyze revenue cycle performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and the board of directors.
• Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in financial management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare financial regulations and reporting requirements.
• Proven experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
