Job Description:
A company is looking for a Benefits Implementation Manager to
oversee the implementation and support of clients' benefits
administration needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to gather requirements for benefits
policies and assist in documentation preparation
Lead the configuration and setup of benefits administration modules
and provide training to clients
Assist clients during Open Enrollment periods and stay informed
about regulatory changes impacting benefits administration
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in benefits administration,
preferably in a client-facing role
Deep understanding of US Payroll benefits administration processes
and compliance requirements
Proficiency in utilizing benefits administration software
platforms
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize
tasks effectively
