--- Facility is open to 36 hr, 40 hr, or 48 hr contracts.
--- Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS.
--- MUST be 100+ Miles from the Facility.
--- MUST have EPIC Experience.
--- 5 Days or LESS of Requested Time Off.
***AZ or Compact RN License Required.
