Key Responsibilities
Collect, analyze, and interpret payroll data to ensure accuracy and
identify trends
Ensure payroll processes adhere to country tax and compliance
regulations
Conduct regular payroll audits and support process improvements for
efficiency
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in payroll analysis or related roles
Knowledge of payroll software and advanced Excel/Gsheet skills
Strong understanding of payroll tax laws and compliance
requirements
Experience with data transformation tooling
Ability to analyze large datasets and provide actionable
insights
