• Represent employers in employment litigation matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation claims, wage and hour disputes, class and collective actions, and federal/state employment law compliance.
• Draft motions, pleadings, and legal memoranda.
• Conduct legal research and manage discovery processes.
• Handle depositions and witness interviews.
• Advise employers on employment law compliance, including ADA, FMLA, CFRA, and COVID-related regulations, as well as disability accommodations and leave policies.
• Potential to engage in labor relations, such as labor negotiations, grievances, and arbitrations.Qualifications
  • 4-7 years of substantive experience in employment litigation.
  • Strong understanding of California employment law.
  • Experience with legal research, drafting, and discovery management.
  • Trial or arbitration experience preferred.
  • Ability to provide sound advice on federal and state labor laws.
  • Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.
