Facilities Supervisor

High school diploma (or equivalent) with a minimum of 10+ years' demonstrated technical experience in the relevant trade.Demonstrated ability to plan, schedule, supervise, and direct the work of other employees in the relevant trade or industry.Ability to use discretion and judgment in making operations and personnel decisions.Proficient computer skills required including experience with Microsoft Office programs, Powertrack and similar software.Capable of giving clear work instructions to employeesAbility to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.PAI trained (where applicable)Proficient Blueprint reading skills (where applicable)Ability to read and understand work specifications- NAVSEA standard itemsAbility to obtain DBIDS.Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $78760 - $133870Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
